I swear by these Strawberry Mango popsicles.In a blender add:2 cups of fresh Mango (don’t like mango → use pineapple)1 TBSP Lime Juice5 drops Lime Essential OilBlend together until smooth. I mentioned Wintergreen when I started this series last month. I believe this is really an underutilized oil by so many of us, including myself 😳 Whenever I do use it, I am amazed at the results! The top properties of this powerful oil are anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-rheumatic, which means there is a lot of relief to be found here.
